Warranty Terms and Conditions
A Warranty will be provided by the Dealer from a warranty company specified by the Dealer. The period of cover will be stated on the provided warranty schedule. The Warranty will only cover items listed within the warranty schedule. All other parts will be considered wear and tear items, unless proven to be faulty at the time of sale.
The Warranty will not cover parts which may clogged through use or age of vehicle, only parts which have failed and listed as covered by the Warranty schedule supplied.
These items not covered will include but not exclusively – Brakes Pads, Brake Discs, Exhaust Systems, DPF blockages, AdBlue Injector Blockages, Parking Sensors, Switchgear, Air-Conditioning Re-gassing, Blocked Diesel Injectors, Bulbs, Lights, Tyre Wear, Clutch, Clutch Peddles and Cylinders, Auxiliary Belts.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to have any fault diagnosed at the Customers cost. If the warranty claim is accepted, then the cost will be reimbursed.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to transport the vehicle to an appropriate location in to carry out diagnosis of fault. If the Warranty claim is accepted, then the cost will be reimbursed.
The Customer is aware and accepts they are purchasing a used vehicle which will require maintenance depending on age and mileage. High mileage vehicles will most likely require more maintenance than lower mileage vehicles. They are aware that they need to budget for future repairs.
All claims must be submitted with a written estimate and diagnostic report from a VAT registered garage. We will not accept estimates from main dealers unless notified that the specific issue can only be corrected by main dealer.
No claim will be accepted if work is completed without approval by the Dealer.
